This installation delves into the mythology of the body, exploring how I understand and interpret my body within the medical world. It questions how we can know the body beyond anatomical labels and clinical terminology. How do I know my body beyond what is externalized and given to me? How do I know the invisible world below? A soundscape of my internal organs pulses through the sea of sinews, inviting the viewer to experience the body in a more visceral, intimate way. The wool represents the material of my ancestors, the material they lived with, worked for, and become of.
